If you are not entirely satisfied with your donation, we're here to help.

Refunds

You have 3 calendar days to reach out to us for any kind of dispute related to your donation or online payment for one of the charitable causes listed on our website www.ssvtrust.org.

Once we receive your contribution, it will be accounted automatically as part of our accounts since it is an online payment. Without a strong reason and due diligence we will not be able to refund partially or fully the donation amount that you have transferred online - as we will have to be accountable and answerable to any kinds of audits that happen on the Trust Accounts.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a transfer to your original payment method via Razorpay.

You will receive the credit in 7 working days, depending on your original payment provider policies.

Shipping

Since we are using an Ecommerce product to showcase a variety of charitable causes for you to contribute to, you will experience a similar flow / process as you would on a typical shopping website. However, while making a donation on our website, wherever you see terms such as "shipping" or "delivery" or similar terms related to Ecommerce, kindly ignore them and consider them as a fallout of using template product pages to serve our purpose of collecting funds online.

However, like in any shopping website, you will receive an acknowledgement for your "order placed" on our website whenever you complete a donation to a cause listed in our website pages. You will also receive an automatic invoice with details of our 80G certification information. This will help you to place claims for tax refunds at the time of your tax returns filing. If you are a foreign national, you may not be eligible for any 80G related income tax refunds. So, please note your country's taxation policies before making a contribution for charitable causes on our website.
